Bombay and Cedar's Shipping Policy is as follows: Depending on the type of your subscription, the box can arrive at different times. The Monthly Beauty Box arrives between the 15th – 20th of the month, the Monthly Lifestyle Box arrives between the 20th – 25th of the month, and the Seasonal Lifestyle Box ships every three months in Dec/Jan, Mar/Apr, Jun/Jul, Sep/Oct. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped. Subscription Boxes, Mystery Boxes, and One Time Gift Boxes ship free of charge within the US. Shipping fees are charged to international subscribers.

As for the Return Policy, if you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason, you can return them. To confirm your return, please email hello@bombayandcedar.com within 48 hours of receipt, and the products must be returned within 14 days. Damaged boxes can be refunded in full, replaced, or credited to your account. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time without a cancellation fee. Prepaid subscriptions will not auto-renew once the term has expired, but paid boxes will be shipped. Your cancellation will take effect at your next renewal.
